It's due to come into effect at midnight.
The midlands will fall under a Status Yellow Wind Warning overnight.
Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, as well as the rest of Leinster, Cavan, Monaghan, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford will be affected by the alert from midnight.
It will be in place until 8pm tomorrow evening.
Met Éireann is warning of displaced debris and loose objects, as well as difficult driving & cycling conditions.
A seperate Status Yellow Wind Warning has been issued for Clare, Kerry, Donegal, Connacht, and is in place at the same time.
