After 30 years, victims of domestic violence finally have a place to go to seek support.
That's according to CEO of Offaly Domestic Violence Support Services Anne Clarke.
It comes as three safe houses for low to medium risk victims have been delivered by three stakeholders over the course of the last three months.
Offaly County Council, Oaklee Housing and Cuan have combined to fund the development.
Ms. Clarke says the next step is bring forward a facility that can offer refuge to those at greater risk:
