Westmeath Only Midlands County Above National Average Vacancy Rate

The latest figures come from the GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report.

Westmeath is the only county in the Midlands that is above the national average vacancy rate.

4.3% of buildings in Westmeath are currently vacant according to the latest GeoDirectory report.

The national average is currently at 3.8%.

 Offaly is slightly under average at 3.6% while Laois has the sixth lowest rate in the country at 2.7 per cent.
