A Westmeath star is returning to our screens in a new British crime-thriller.
Mullingar actor Niamh Algar is taking up the role of a police chief in TV drama, 'Sweet Dreams'.
It's set to go into production at the end of the year, according to the Irish Mirror - with covid-19 having largely put a stop to the film industry for now.
The new show - which is being described as "Fargo in England" - will also star Kildare's Aisling Bea.
