A Westmeath teacher is sleeping out for five nights to raise money for five Midlands charities.
Edel Menton, from Curraghboy, is undertaking the fundraiser in memory of her sister Brigetta, who passed away suddenly in March.
Almost €30,000 has been raisied so far for Midlands Simon Community, St. Vincent de Paul in Athlone, Pieta Midlands, Supporting Noah and Rowan Benson Gately and Western Alzheiner's in just 10 days.
