Loug Lene Gaels relinquished a three point half time lead in Saturday's final.
Castletown Geoghegan are Westmeath league champions after beating Lough Lene Gaels in Cusack Park last weekend.
In a rematch of last year's senior championship semi-final, it was Castletown Geoghegan that landed the Division One title on a final score line of 2-15 to 1-15.
The final score represented a six point swing from half time where the Yellow Bellies led by three.
Both clubs begin their respective championship campaigns this week with Castletown Geoghegan facing defending champions Raharney on Friday, and last year's beaten finalists Lough Lene Gaels against Oliver Plunkett's on Saturtday.
