Charlie Mitchell And Rachel Brennan Win Offaly Player Of The Year Awards

The players will be presented with their awards at a gala dinner.

Offaly GAA and Offaly Camogie have announced their annual player of the year winners.

Kilcormac/Killoughey club man Charlie Mitchell is the Senior hurler of the year after a stellar year.

It was a campaign that also saw the forward crowned Joe McDonagh cup player of the season, as well as helping his club secure back to back county titles.

Rachel Brennan picked up the Offaly camogie senior player of the year after she played a vital role in St. Cillian's historic first senior championship title, scoring 1-1 in the final.

Both players will be presented with their awards at a gala dinner on February 7th in the Tullamore court hotel
