Mourinho begins Spurs job at West Ham
The Premier League returns after the international break and there will be huge interest in the opening fixture this afternoon as Jose Mourinho takes charge of Spurs for the first time at the London Stadium when his new team face struggling West Ham with a 12.30pm kick-off.
There are six fixtures at 3pm as follows:
Arsenal are at home to Southampton while Brighton host high-flying Leicester City.
Watford host Burnley while Crystal Palace will welcome the leaders Liverpool to Selhurst Park.
Wolves will visit the south coast when they take on Bournemouth and Goodison Park is the venues for Everton v Norwich City.
The big game of the weekend will be later this evening at The Ethiad when Manchester City host an impressive young Chelsea side. Kick off at 5.30pm.
There is one game tomorrow as Sheffield United have Manchester United as the visitors to Bramall Lane at 4.30pm.
The Monday night football this weekend features Aston Villa at home to Newcastle United at 8pm.
