Clara Town Start Senior Division With Thumping Victory

The CCFL Senior Division kicked off last weekend.

The Combined Counties Football League Senior Division started with a bang on Sunday.

Clara Town are expected to challenge for top honours and their opening salvo will have done little to change that perspective.

The Offaly club ran out 9-2 winners away to Abbeyleix Athletic in the league's only fixture last weekend.

The FAI Junior Cup first round headlines this weekend with nine games slated to take place over Saturday and Sunday.
