FAI Cup Winners Facing Week Off After Peamount Loss

The first round of the cup sees the defending champions getting a week off.

That result sees Shelbourne return to the summit of the standings after they ran out 4-0 winners over DLR Waves.

The FAI Cup first round takes place this weekend with the pick of the ties being Shels against Galway United.

Athlone have a bye into the second round after as defending Cup winners.
