Challenger stops champions in seventh round
Tyson Fury won the WBC heavyweight championship when he stopped defending champion Deontay Wilder in the 7th round after a thrilling bout in Las Vegas in the early hours on Sunday morning.
31 year old Fury knocked down the American in the third and fifth rounds and when the Wilder camp threw in the towel in the seventh round with Fury well on top it was all over.
After the fight there was talk of a third Fury v Wilder fight and of course of an all British fight against Anthony Joshua.
