Portlaoise Panthers face off against Limerick Celtics in the Presidents National Cup final.

Portlaoise Panthers Head Coach Jack Scully says he is excited for the challenge that awaits his side in this weekend's Presidents National Cup final against Limerick Celtics.

It's a clash that pits the only two unbeaten teams left across Division One and the cup, with the Limerick side having a narrow three point lead at the top of the league table having played a game more.

The Laois side beat Galway Titans 67-55 to reach the final, while the Limerick Celtic's had to get through Moy Tolka Rovers to advance.

Scully is expecting a thrilling game to unfold at the Basketball Arena in Tallaght on Saturday.
