He has been selected for the resumption of the HSBC Sevens World Tour in Singapore.
Ireland face ties against Fiji, France and Japan in Pool D.
Speaking ahead of the tournament, Conroy says he has a few new celebrations in mind and is looking forward to getting back to the day job:
I missed rugby.
It was great doing the dancing and everything but halfway through I was missing the team and I was missing my boys but you know when I get out there and hopefully score a few tries, I'll have a few new dance celebrations you know so I'm also looking forward to showcasing them.
