Offaly face a relegation battle after a loss this weekend.
Westmeath and Laois are through the the last eight of the All-Ireland Intermediate Football Championship.
Wins over Wexford and Roscommon have set up quarter-finals against Clare and Louth.
Offaly meanwhile will face into a relegation playoff with Fermanagh following their defeat against the wee county.
