They defeated Castleknock's 1st team in the final.
A four wicket haul for bowler Kamram Sabrie combined with a superb batting display by Ben Shoare allowed Laois Cricket Club to pick up the trophy for the first time since 1998.
They bowled out opponents Castleknock for a paltry 72, setting themselves up nicely for a short 73 run chase from 120 balls.
To emphasise their dominance, the game ended with 36 runs coming off just six delivers as the Dublin side's bowling attack capitulated.
