Rioghan Murphy takes home the Senior Footballer of the Year award after helping Portarlington to their fourth county title in five years.
Killeshin's Killian Roche is named the Intercounty Footballer of the Year, guiding Laois to the Division 4 title and Tailteann Cup Final.
Clough-Ballacolla dominate the hurling prizes, with centre-back Lee Cleere crowned Senior Hurler of the Year, while Aidan Corby claims the Intercounty Hurler award.
The Heath's Tom Jones is added to the Hall of Fame having served as the Laois GAA Event Controller for over 25 years.
