It ends speculation that he could be on the move next year.
Ireland scrum-half Kieran Marmion has signed a new three-year contract with Connacht.
There had been speculation that the 27-year-old would look to leave the Sportsground after being left out of Ireland's squad for the Rugby World Cup.
Connacht head-coach Andy Friend says Marmion has been an "outstanding player" for his side and that the extension will help the province compete at the "highest level".
