Offaly SFC: Quarter-Final Draw Heralds Arrival Of Knockout Football

The Faithful County's cold-war group phase ended on Sunday.

Clubs in the Offaly Senior Football Championship will be facing knockout competition for the first time next time out.

The draw for the county's quarter finals have been made with defending champions Tullamore pitched in against Durrow.

Shamrocks are rewarded for topping their group with a date against Ballycommon.

While Rhode, beaten by Tullamore on Sunday, will face last year's beaten finalists Ferbane, and Edenderry take on Bracknagh.

The semi-final draw for the championship has also been made:

Edenderry or Bracknagh v Tullamore or Durrow

Shamrocks or Ballycommon v Ferbane or Rhode

Tullamore were 0-8 to 0-5 winners over Rhode yesterday, Durrow got their first win of the campaign, beating Shamrocks 2-12 to 1-7, Edenderry played out a 2-5 to 1-8 draw with Ferbane, and Bracknagh beat Ballycommon 1-12 to 0-7.
