Offaly Woman To Win 16th Cap In Six Nations Opener Against Wales

Nichola Fryday will pack down in the second row.

Offaly's Nichola Fryday has been named to start as Ireland open their Six Nations Women's campaign this weekend. 

She'll win her 16th cap in the second row alongside Aoife McDermott. 

Adam Griggs included three uncapped players in his squad for the game against Wales on Saturday. 

Kick-off is at 5pm.

After a prolonged period without a game, Griggs says the squad is raring to go:
