New proposal slated
Former Offaly senior football team manager and historian Paul Rouse says that he is totally against the new Tier 2 football championship which was agreed at a special congress in Cork last Saturday and which will come into operation in 2020.
Rouse says that many counties feel that they will not benefit by it's introduction:
