It's a problem facing a number of club sides in Westmeath and surrounding counties.
Club Championships in Laois and Offaly are suspended at the moment but local competitions just outside the two counties are also being hampered.
A number of sides in Westmeath, Carlow and Meath are under management of people living in the restricted counties.
St Lomans Mullingar defeated Shandonagh in the Westmeath SFC on Saturday without Offaly based manager Declan Kelly on the sideline.
Kelly says he turned to a stream of the game to keep up to date, but had to watch it from an interesting location:
