Testing company says public are not deprived of testing cause of the Premier League
There have been six positive tests for coronavirus at three Premier League clubs.
Testing was carried out on 748 players and staff ahead of a return to training in small groups today.
All of those who've tested positive for Covid-19 must now self-isolate for 7-days.
A second phase of checks is expected later this week.
Avi Lasarow is the CEO of Prenetics, the company providing the tests to clubs.
He insists the public are not deprived of testing because of the Premier League.
