Town Host Massive FAI Cup Quarter-Final

Dario Castelo's side will be hoping to cast aside their poor league form.

It's a massive night in Lissywollen as Athlone Town host an FAI Cup quarter-final this evening.

Drogheda United are heading to the midlands with both clubs a potential 180 minutes from making an unlikely Cup final.

The midlanders beat Ringmahon Rangers and Waterford on their way to the last eight.

While Drogheda landed wins against Dundalk and Wilton United.

Both clubs are struggling in their respective leagues.

Athlone Town have lost four of their last five games, while Drogheda are fighting relegation in the Premier Division.

Elsewhere, UCD host Bohemians and it's Wexford versus Treaty United.

All this evening's cup games kick off at 7.45pm.

Shelbourne will play Derry City in the competition's only all-Premier Division tie
