It will be both club's last competitive outing before the championship kicks off later this month.
The county league football final in Offaly takes place in Tullamore this weekend.
And it's Tullamore that will enjoy a degree of home advantage making the short trip across the road from O'Brien Park to O'Connor Park to take on Edenderry.
Last year's championship winners beat Ferbane by two points in their semi-final two weeks ago, while Edenderry overcame Rhode by an impressive 7 points.
The action in O'Connor Park starts at 1.30 on Sunday.
The senior football championship throws-in in just under two weeks time.
