The Athlone Town Men's team surrendered the lead for the second week in-a-row in defeat to Longford Town on Friday night.
Longford came back to win 2-1, leaving Athlone still in search of a first league win.
Meanwhile, the fixture details have been set for the CCFL Senior Division title play-off.
After finishing level on points during the season, Clara Town will face Monksland United in the decider this Saturday at 6pm at Mullingar Athletic's grounds at Gainstown.
