They defeated the Ulster side 5-09 to 1-09 in Mullingar.
However, Offaly ended their campaign with a heavy defeat away to Meath.
The Faithful County were beaten 2-13 to 0-05 to finish fourth in the table, in a group which also includes Carlow and Cavan.
