The pair brought home 3 medals from Dundee in July.
Two Westmeath sisters say they're looking to the future after recent success at the World Karate Championships.
17-year-old Laura Glancy took home two bronze medals in the Kata and Short Weapon categories at the World Union of Karate-Do Federations in Dundee.
Her 14-year-old sister Emma was awarded with a silver in her Kata category.
Both girls, from Tang, are members of St. Mary's Karate Club in Athlone, and hold black belts.
They'll be competing in the Four Nations tournament in September, with the All-Ireland Tournament to follow in November.
