Three goals in the final 10 minutes secured the Spaniards victory over Sweden.
Spain are into the Women's World Cup final for the first time.
Jorge Vilda's side have beaten Sweden 2-1 at Eden Park in Auckland.
A dramatic final 10 minutes saw Teenager Salma Paralluelo curled in the opener for Spain on 82 minutes, before Rebecka Blomqvist turned the ball in from close range to equalise for Sweden just five minutes later and looked to have force extra time.
However, Spain were not to be denied and won the game with their second goal in the 89th minute thnaks to captain Olga Carmona's effort outside the box with the aid of the crossbar.
They will now face either England or Australia in Sunday's decider.
