A retired Offaly rugby star believes young men need to be taught how to carry themselves as they are seeing a lot of terrible things online.
Jordan Conroy says having experience domestic violence as a child, he feels it's important to set a good example to his younger fans.
He says being a man is about being respectful and showing kindness.
The former Irish International Sevens Rugby Player has also been speaking with David Hollywood on Midlands Today about his plans for the future.
