DAY 1
Today we will welcome you on board our luxurious Ardcavan coach at our designated pick-up points and head for the sunny south east. We will settle in before meeting for a first class dinner at the hotel restaurant.
DAY 2
Today after a beautifully cooked breakfast we make our way to New Ross where we will visit the Dunbrody Famine Ship, an 1840s emigrant vessel which has exhibits, guided tours & costumed interpreters, plus a cafe. After lunch we will take a scenic drive before arriving at the renowned Hook Head and Duncannon Fort. It is part of the Hook Peninsula and is adjacent to the historic townland of Loftus Hall.
After a busy day of exploring, we we will make our way back to our hotel where we will relax and unwind before enjoying a sumptuous meal at the hotel restaurant.
DAY 3
Today we start our morning with an enjoyable breakfast before we visit the stunningly beautiful Johnstown Castle and Grounds. Here you will enjoy some lunch and explore the castle which is steeped in history while taking in the beautiful lake scenery before heading back to our hotel where we will relax and unwind before enjoying a mouthwatering meal at the hotel restaurant.
DAY 4
After breakfast we will board our coach and make our way to Tintern Abbey and Culclough Walled Gardens located on the Hook peninsula. The Abbey was founded in c.1200 by William Marshal, Earl of Pembroke. Culclough is a beautifully Restored Georgian Walled Garden built by the Colclough Family over 200 years ago, situated beside Tintern Abbey.
After a day steeped in history we make our way back to our hotel where we will relax and unwind before enjoying a first class meal at the hotel restaurant
DAY 5
As we enjoy a hearty breakfast and say goodbye to the sunny south east we stop off at Delta Sensory Gardens, Carlow to enjoy the splendor of nature before making our way to our original pick-up points.
